Dylan has been involved with Fine Line Tattoo and Piercing since its inception. Together with Etienne Louw and Wade Latham, Dylan dreamed of an upmarket tattoo and body modification studio in the heart of Durban North. He started his career as a piercer and built himself up to be known as the best Body Modification Artist in Durban and second best in the country. At age 22 Dylan was diagnosed with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy and he passed away at age 29 in 2020 after three years with Fine Line. Dylan was a warm, loving, kindhearted man who would do anything for his family and friends. He was popular among his peers and well known for his gentle nature and love for his fellow man. His death brought a huge outpouring of grief from many people.
