1. Annual payment of membership IMMEDIATELY qualifies for all the benefits of the membership.
2. Monthly payment of membership needs to be 6 months running before qualifying for the benefits associated with the particular membership.
3. Benefits are only available to members whose membership is paid up to date.
4. Members will have one contact number to call, whatsapp or email to ensure that your booking/design process receive the personal attention it deserves.
5. Birthday vouchers will be valid for the entire month of your birthday month, not only on your birthdate.
6. FREE tattoos will only be allowed from date of qualification for this benefit. (The last free tattoo has to fall in the 12th month of the membership). Silver Member FREE tattoo will be a design of your choice, in black and grey line work at a size of 3x3cm. Gold Member FREE tattoo will be a design of your choice, in black and grey line work with shading at a size of 5x5cm. Platinum Member FREE tattoo will be a design of your choice, in black and grey line work and shading at a size o 7x7cm.
7. Refreshments will include a cold drink and a light snack. Platinum members will receive a variety to choose from prior to their appointment.
8. Media exposure will only be done with the member’s written consent.
9. VIP members are still required to do free consultations and a booking with the artist of their choice.
10. All VIP members will be expected to pay the normal 50% deposit, when the booking is confirmed, to prevent late cancellations and a loss of income to the artist and studio.
11. Monthly subscription fee will only be payable via debit order. Annual payments can be paid by card, Zapper or EFT.
12. Should a member neglect to pay the monthly subscription, the membership will automatically lapse. If the membership is reinstated by paying the arrears, the benefits will resume as if for a nw membership with all the provisions above.
13. Certain promotions and events will only be eligible for VIP members depending on your status, i.e. Silver, Gold or Platinum.
14. Membership cards will be couriered or can be collected from the studio, 14 days after receipt of confirmation and payment of membership.
15. You will receive a private contact number for any contact with the studio. Please note that we will make every effort to assist as soon as possible. Our booking system is in the studio and we will therefore not always be able to assist with bookings and changes of bookings after studio hours. The studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 10H00 to 17H00.
16. Chauffeur Service – within a 20km radius of the studio.
17. Teremok Lodge & Spa:
1. Excludes packages which are already discounted.
2. Excludes medical aesthetic treatments.
3. Not valid for gift vouchers.
4. Fine Line VIP Card must be presented upon payment.
5. Appointment needs to be in the name of the card holder.
6. Benefits are non-transferable.
